A ROMSEY man has been fined for dumping waste by a Test Valley roadside.
Richard Biffen, 45, of North Road, Luzborough Green, fly-tipping three bucket-shaped blocks and other garden waste on Lee Drove, Lee on or before February 19, a court heard.
He admitted depositing waste without an environment permit. The prosecution was brought by Test Valley Borough Council.
Southampton Magistrates Court on Friday December 15 imposed a community order with the requirement for Biffen to do 80 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He must also pay costs of £685 and a victim surcharge of £114 by January 12.
