IT’S been another good week on Broadlands Lakes with one of the A-team coming out.
Starting the week, Craig Mann fished in peg 39 baiting with shoreline sausage oil which the fish clearly showed a liking to as he banked a 5lb common, 18lb 4oz mirror and a hard fighting 20lb 2oz mirror.
Will Edwards fished in peg 14 and used legacy baits and hair rigs to bank himself a pristine 24lb common carp.
Phil Lodwidge fished in peg 32 using shoreline baits and banked a 15lb common.
Ladiscal Fyrman fished in peg 36 and used urban baits nutcracker to his advantage banking a 25lb 15oz mirror carp. Shawn Brewer fished down motorway bank and had an awesome session, catching Holyfield at its biggest weight – 31lb on the nose – along with a 18lb and a 20lb all caught using shoreline boilies.
Ian Kilby fished in peg 40 and caught a 21lb mirror carp using shoreline boilies.
• Hordle hasn’t had a bad week with plenty of fish showing.
Phil Greenacre took fish of 22 lb 2 oz, 22 lb, 19 lb 8 oz, and 18 lb 2 oz.
Luke Corsham fished a 24 hour session for seven fish to 21 lb and Dean Mather had seven fish including a 22 lb mirror and an 18 lb common.
