FORMER Saints defender Kyle Walker-Peters is set to land his first move since leaving Saints, signing a permanent contract with Besiktas.
The 28 year old departed St Mary's this month at the end of his contract, after five-and-a-half years since initially arriving from Tottenham Hotspur.
Walker-Peters will sign a contract on Wednesday for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, who finished fourth in the Turkish Süper Lig under the Norwegian.

Walker-Peters made 202 appearances for Saints, becoming a fan favourite for his performances, earning two caps for England in March 2022.
He was unable to help the club stave off a second Premier League relegation in three seasons but will now ply his trade in the Europa League.
Walker-Peters makes the same move as Nathan Redmond, who joined Besiktas in September 2022, going on to score five goals in 22 matches.
Dele Alli, a close friend of Walker-Peters, also represented Besiktas during the 2022/23 season, making 15 appearances on loan in Istanbul.
