SAINTS have announced three arrivals and three departures as they confirm boss Will Still's backroom coaching team for the new season.
Manager Still, 32, will be supported at St Mary's by assistant boss Paul Trollope, 53, who brings with him a wealth of experience in the English game.
Trollope made almost 500 appearances in a playing career that included spells with Torquay, Derby, Fulham, Northampton Town and Wales.
He has held coaching roles at Wales, Brighton, Nottingham Forest and most recently Luton Town, winning promotion to the Premier League twice.
Trollope also managed Bristol Rovers, where he won promotion to League One, reaching an EFL Trophy final and first FA Cup quarter-final in 50 years.

Saints legend Adam Lallana, who has now announced his retirement from playing, will continue as a first team coach alongside Carl Martin.
The 37 year old finished last season as interim assistant boss, while former academy coach Martin, 38, has been with the first team since 2022.
New to the club is Spaniard Ruben Martínez, who joins as the goalkeeping coach after briefly working with Still at his former side Stade Reims.
The 48 year old represented Barcelona’s B team in his playing days and later worked alongside Tito Vilanova as a coach at Camp Nou.
Martínez has held coaching roles at Brighton and Watford, as well as Maccabi Tel Aviv, RB Salzburg, Saint-Étienne, Olympiacos, Celta Vigo and Stade Reims on the continent, all alongside Óscar García.
Martínez has enjoyed success with the Spanish FA, helping Spain reach the final of the 2023 European Under-21 Championship and win a gold medal at the Paris Olympics in 2024.
Saints have confirmed that former interim boss Simon Rusk has left the club as part of these changes, while goalkeeping coach Dean Thornton and first team analyst Ben Parker have also left their roles.
A Saints statement said: "We would like to place on record our appreciation for the way in which Simon stepped up to lead the first team at the end of last season, in what were incredibly challenging circumstances.
"The club would like to thank Simon, Dean and Ben for their service and wish them all the best for the future."
