SAINTS have been named among several Championship clubs with a "keen interest" in signing Nigeria international Olakunle Olusegun.
The 23 year old has scored 12 goals in 100 appearances for Russian top division outfit Krasnodar, and has also played in Denmark and Bulgaria.
Olusegun signed a new contract with Krasnodar in March 2024, going on to win his side's first ever Russian Premier League title last season.
He made his Nigeria senior debut in a friendly against Russia, who have been expelled from UEFA and FIFA competition, earlier this month.
The Guardian report that Saints are among Watford, QPR and Coventry City as Championship clubs keen on signing the winger.
They add that he could end up at any one of a plethora of second tier sides, while Saints are likely to add in this position during the summer window.
Saints are currently working on finding a striker and creative midfielder, and owner Dragan Solak insists they will not rely solely on loans.
Olusegun's compatriots at Saints, Joe Aribo and Paul Onuachu, could both depart the club as they enter the last 12 months of their contracts.
