SAINTS defender Kyle Walker-Peters is officially set to depart St Mary's at the end of his contract this summer.

The Premier League have published the list of players, submitted by Saints, who are set to remain with their clubs next season.

Walker-Peters, Joe Lumley and Adam Lallana are all out of contract this month and have not been named on the retained list.

The trio have been instead named on the released list, although Lallana could remain in a coaching capacity with Will Still's first team.

Walker-Peters made 202 appearances for Saints, signing on an initial loan deal from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2020.

He signed a five-year permanent deal later that summer, was two England caps and was named in the 2023/24 Championship Team of the Season.

Lallana signed a one-year deal last summer to mark a sensational return, a decade on from the former captain's departure to Liverpool.

The 37 year old made a further 19 appearances last campaign, with 16 in the Premier League, taking his total at Saints up to an incredible 283.

Goalkeeper Lumley, 30, spent two seasons at Saints, making eight appearances, after signing on a free transfer in 2023.

Saints have also already confirmed the signing of 20 year old German centre-back Joshua Quarshie, who officially joins on July 1 and is not listed.
