SAINTS technical director Johannes Spors is currently interviewing candidates to complete new manager Will Still's coaching team.
Still signed a three-year deal to take over at St Mary's and was in attendance for the club's 2-1 Premier League defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
The 32 year old will not be joined at Staplewood by brothers Edward and Nicolas, who were his assistants at RC Lens and have also left the club.
Spors is leading the process to appoint new assistants for Still and will closely collaborate with the boss to ensure a team he is satisfied with.
With Still appointed before the end of the 2024/25 season, Saints have just over a month until they return to the training ground for pre-season.
The club believe they are in a strong position and have time to conduct a thorough process to add to and complete Still's new backroom team.

Conversations are ongoing and will not be rushed regarding the futures of current first team staff members following the arrival of a new boss.
Although no decisions have been made, the feeling understood by the Daily Echo is that interim boss Simon Rusk is most likely to leave.
The 43 year old would depart with everyone's best wishes, while 37 year old Adam Lallana will decide his future after a summer break.
In addition to leading the search for a complete backroom team, Spors will oversee the club's transfer operations ahead of the window opening.
The summer window opens on Sunday, June 1, and Saints are already working on making an unnamed player from Germany their first signing.
While there is still work to do on any deal, it perhaps suggests German Spors is utilising his knowledge and contacts book early in the market.
