FORMER Manchester United star Paul Scholes thinks Manchester City could put seven goals past Saints at St Mary's this weekend.
Scholes disagreed with his former Red Devils teammate Gary Neville when the two were predicting the score ahead of Saturday's game.
When Neville suggested Manchester City would win 2-0, Scholes responded: "Two? Jeez! I was thinking seven.”
Former Arsenal forward Ian Wright agreed that Saints are in for a tricky afternoon, adding: "Man City will run riot there, I think.”

Saints lost 1-0 to Manchester City in October, courtesy of Erling Haaland's goal after five minutes, despite an xG of 2.95.
Pep Guardiola's side are on a run of five straight victories across the Premier League and FA Cup, scoring 12 goals across those wins.
City could welcome Haaland back into the fold at St Mary's after the Norwegian returned to the bench last weekend.
Saints have already conceded five goals at home on three occasions this season, with Chelsea, Spurs and Brentford all plundering goals.
Southampton have conceded three or more goals in 10 of their 17 Premier League games at home, while Man City have scored more than three in only two away games.
