WOLFSBURG have parted ways with former Saints boss Ralph Hasenhüttl following their 4-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
The defeat extended Wolfsburg's winless streak to eight games. Die Wölfe have only won four Bundesliga games in 2025 and find themselves 12th in the division.
"Ralph Hasenhüttl took over VfL Wolfsburg last season during a difficult phase," Wolfsburg managing director Peter Christiansen said. "He succeeded in leading the team back to a more stable position.

"We thank him for that. However, the results and developments in recent months have made us decide to act now. We wish Ralph Hasenhüttl all the best for his professional and personal future."
Hasenhüttl was appointed by Wolfsburg in March 2024 after 15 months out of the game in the wake of his Saints sacking.
Saints have cycled through four permanent managers since the Austrian departed St Mary's and are currently searching for a fifth.
