Pompey have started the second half well, winning a succession of corners and keeping Saints pinned into their own half.
Lia and Collett are in communication with the bench. They could be about to come on.

Under way for the second half. No changes.
Somehow still 0-0 at the break. Both teams have missed chances - Pike poked one into Poulter's hands just moments ago.
Pompey have looked the most likely to break the deadlock but both sides need a bit of gloss in the final third.

Saints midfielder Palmer is the first player in referee Abby Dearden's book. She went through Coan off the ball. The correct decision.

Both sides are trading chances. Mullett goes close for Saints again - this time rolling one past the far post.
There isn't much to separate the teams, a little bit of final third quality will make the difference.

An important defensive intervention from Rowe inside the Saints box to stop Pompey from getting a shot off. It was the Welsh international who played Mullett through moments ago too. She's started well.

Rowe's attempt to switch the ball out to Palmer is jeered by the away fans as it rolls out for a throw in.
The Pompey players then get booed by the Saints fans in the Northam Stand as they go to collect the ball.

Two police officers have taken their position between the two sets of fans. I don't imagine they will be too busy today but there is a solid atmosphere here inside St Mary's.
