EVERY word Saints manager Ivan Juric ahead of his side's FA Cup third-round clash with Swansea City at St Mary's on Sunday.
What have you been doing this week to lift the mood?
IJ: I think we're working hard and well and I think we have to find a way to be much more competitive.
We work a lot about trying to find our identity and we'll see on Sunday if we're doing well this week.
As a Croatian and working in Italy, how do you view the FA Cup?
IJ: I know the final is something special because they are playing at Wembley and we read some books that explain all the emotions of the FA Cup.
I think for us it's really important. We need something of joy, of good games and I think we know how important the FA Cup.
Do you just need a win in any competition at this stage of the situation?
IJ: For us in this moment everything is important. I have a feeling that everybody cares about the FA Cup.
This is my feeling out of England that even the big teams care a lot about the FA Cup and for us it's very important too.
How do you balance resting some players and winning the game?
IJ: I don't want to rest. I think I have 17 or 18 players, maybe more, that are competitive and there is no big difference between one or the other.
I just want to win the game and think about that and after the game I will think about Manchester and Nottingham.
How much have you learnt about Swansea City and what they do?
IJ: Yes, we watch them a lot, lots of games. We know how they play and the style of playing and I think we are prepared to play against.
They are not easy to play against. They like possession football, you like to be aggressive.
How much do you want to see aggression from your team this weekend?
IJ: I think this week we work a lot about aggression and stealing the ball but we work much more for build-up and construction to find the right way to play football.
It's not just aggression, we like to press of course but we like even to have the ball.
Do you need Adam Lallana's experience on the pitch more?
IJ: There are lots of players. They are all training good and I have to make a decision and sometimes I go to one player, sometimes to another player.
But at this moment, like I said last time, everybody has to think about the sub-captain and not about himself.
Will Armel Bella-Kotchap wear a Saints shirt this weekend?
IJ: We will see.
Are there any players you won't use because maybe they might be leaving?
IJ: No, there are some players that maybe will leave the club but I don't think about that. I'm doing training and will choose what I think is best for the team.
How much has it helped you having your coaches with you this week?
IJ: Like I said before, I find lots of good people, the people that like to work, to understand what I want. And with my team, I think we are working really well.
