SAINTS go on the road for the final time in pre-season on Saturday when they visit the capital to face Millwall.

Russell Martin's side will take on Championship opposition for the second time this week following on from their 2-0 defeat at Oxford United on Wednesday.

They will be keen to improve on their performance at the Kassam Stadium, which Martin felt lacked energy, intensity, joy and urgency.

Southampton will take to the field at for a 1pm kick-off, with a stream accessible via southamptonfc.com and the Saints app. A stream pass costs £5.

The stream will start shortly before Saints get under way in their fifth pre-season encounter.

The Daily Echo will also be at The Den to provide minute-by-minute updates, analysis and reaction from Martin and the players.

New signing Ben Brereton Diaz is expected to get his first minutes, while the likes of Kamaldeen Sulemana and Sekou Mara could be rested following their withdrawals at Oxford.
