AFC TOTTON boss Jimmy Ball insists his team will need to "play for our lives" when they face Salisbury in the Southern League Premier Division South playoff final.
The Stags earned a place in the final when they saw off Bracknell Town 2-1 after extra time to move themselves one game away from the National League South.
A sell-out crowd is expected at the Snows Stadium for the showpiece game but Ball is fully aware of the challenge ahead of his side.
He said: "We won't have to pick ourselves back up. Pressure is a privilege and that's why we all do it when you're playing big games of football at the end of the season.
"You know that you are doing something right and as a football club, we're ahead of schedule from where we were.
"It's exciting and we can't wait. We’re looking forward to it and we will have a right go."
AFC Totton finished second in the table during the regular season, two points ahead of Salisbury in third.
Monday's visitors beat Gosport Borough 2-1 on Wednesday and Ball is full of praise for the job Salisbury manager Brian Dutton has done.
"They are a very good side, who are managed and coached very well," he explained.
"Dutts has done a brilliant job there again so I'm sure it will be another fantastic spectacle for this league.
"All you can do is look forward to it and come here on Monday and play for your life."
