AFC Totton, Sholing, Blackfield & Langley and AFC Stoneham have all progressed into the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Jimmy Ball's Stags saw off Melksham Town 3-0, Sholing and Blackfield edged to 2-1 wins over Fareham Town and AFC Portchester respectively, while Stoneham picked up a 2-0 victory against Newport (IoW) in the preliminary round.
Totton took the lead on the stroke of half-time against their Wiltshire opponents, courtesy of veteran striker Scott Rendell.
Ethan Taylor's crossed was spilled in by goalkeeper Alfie Burnett to double the lead, before the visitors were reduced to 10 men when Will Christopher was sent off for lashing out at Taylor.
Totton made it 3-0 late on, with Jordan Ragguette on target.
Sholing are also through, edging past neighbours AFC Portchester.
Dave Diaper's Boatmen led 2-0 at the break, with goals from Dan Mason and Lee Wort.
Felipe Barcelos halved the deficit midway through the second half, but Sholing held on.
It was a similar story for Blackfield, who led 2-0 by half-time against Fareham.
Alex Sawyer broke the deadlock on 37 minutes, before Clayd Roach quickly doubled the tally.
Sawyer missed a big chance to make it 3-0 and although Callum Benfield pulled one back in the second half, the Watersiders progressed.
Wessex Premier outfit Stoneham are also into the hat for Monday's draw, with goals from Edward Orvis and Duarte Martins enough to see off Newport.
