Is that the end of the road for Scotland? Luka Modric fires into the top corner. Hosts need two goals in half an hour or they are out of the competition.
Chance in Glasgow. Stuart Armstrong picks the ball up on the left and crosses to the back post for John McGinn, but he can't find the target.
Quiet start to the second half at Wembley. Up at Hampden Park, David Marshall has just made a massive stop one-on-one to keep Scotland alive.

Big chance missed at Wembley. The ball falls for West Ham midfielder Tomas Soucek in the box, but he fires wide. Bit of a let off for England.
Scotland 0 Croatia 1
Big blow for the Scots as defender Grant Hanley is forced off injured. Scott McKenna replaces him.
Half an hour gone. As it stands, England will top Group D, with Scotland finishing bottom. Czech Republic and Croatia would both go through, in second and third respectively on four points apiece.
Best chance for Czech Republic so far. Tomas Holes lets fly, but Pickford gets across to parry behind.
Back at Wembley, Kane gets away and cuts onto his favoured right foot, but can't convert as Vaclik makes the save.
Chance for Scotland. Armstrong to Robertson, who crosses for Dykes. The ball falls to McGinn, whose shot is saved.
Czech Republic responded quite well to falling behind, but Pickford remains untroubled.

Meanwhile in Glasgow, Croatia take the lead through Nikola Vlasic. Long way back for the Scots now. Only a win will do, but plenty of time.

Off the post! For the third game in a row, England hit the post early. This time it's Sterling, who dinks a shot over the keeper but it comes back off the woodwork.

Three Lions belting out around Wembley. Less than half an hour to kick off.
So the winners at Wembley tonight would return here for the last 16 next Tuesday, while runners-up in the group will head to Copenhagen on Monday.
Scotland or Croatia could still sneak in above either England or Czech Republic with victory themselves.
Here come the England players. Team news is in. Saka and Grealish start. #eng pic.twitter.com/mNND8MXnLq

After last night's results, the equation is relatively straightforward. England are already through, but know they have to win tonight to top the group and set up another home match in the round of 16.
As for Scotland, a win will definitely be enough to take them through, even if it is as one of the best third-placed sides.
Very much all to play for!
Good evening!
It's set to be a big night of drama as Group D reaches its conclusion at Euro 2020.
I am in position at Wembley to see if England can secure top spot by beating Czech Republic.
Meanwhile, Saints duo Che Adams and Stuart Armstrong will be looking to help Scotland join them by defeating Croatia at Hampden Park.
Updates from both will be available here throughout the evening, with kick-off for both games coming at 8pm.
