RALPH Hasenhuttl expects an "intense" encounter when Saints head to Bournemouth in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The draw took place this evening, after Saints booked their spot in the last eight with a 2-0 win at Wolves.
Cherries are the only side outside of the top-flight remaining in the competition, after their 2-0 success at Burnley on Tuesday night.
The three other ties see Chelsea host Sheffield United, Everton welcoming Manchester City and Manchester United faced with a trip to Leicester.
Discussing being paired with Bournemouth in the draw, Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl said: "Interesting! It’s a south derby, it’s always good, always intense.
"We go there and try to win."
It will be only a second FA Cup quarter-final in Bournemouth's history, with the last coming way back in 1957.
Saints will be looking to win the trophy for a second time, having lifted it in 1976, knowing victory at Vitality Stadium would set up a Wembley semi-final.
The game is due to take place on the weekend of March 20.
