Bournemouth have signed defender Tyrone Mings from Ipswich for a club record £8m.
The 22-year-old, who was released by Saints as a schoolboy, has agreed a four-year contact at the Goldsands Stadium.
While full-back Mings goes to the Premier League new boys, winger Ryan Fraser and Brett Pitman have moved in the opposite direction.
Mings told Bournemouth's official website: ''I'm looking forward to learning from the manager's ideas. They will be different to what I'm used to but that can only be a good thing.
''I'm here to develop and learn as much as possible.''
Mings has impressed since joining Ipswich from non-league Chippenham.
He made 44 appearances in all competitions last season and was named as the Championship's player of the month in September.
