Aldi has removed a range of crisps, described by shoppers as "the best flavour", from stores across the UK.
Aldi is the fourth-largest supermarket in the UK, and consumer champion Which? has named it the UK’s cheapest supermarket for the past four years.
The supermarket giant has discontinued several products recently, much to the disappointment of shoppers.
Some of these discontinued products include:
- Village Bakery Seeded Medium Sliced Loaf
- Salted Caramel Teabags
- Moser Roth Vegan Blonde chocolate bar
- Very Berry Muesli
- Dairyfine Blonde chocolate bar
Discontinued UK chocolates and sweets
Aldi removes 'best' crisps from stores
Now, Aldi has removed Snackrite Mighty Crisps Yeasty Flavour Potato Crisps from stores in a decision described by shoppers as "strange".
One shopper posted on X (formerly Twitter) recently asking why they could no longer find the Marmite-flavoured crisps.
The X users said: "@AldiUK What's happened to those new mighty crisps you brought in?
"They're so good and we're selling out so why have more not been brought in? Marmite flavour they are."
They were part of our Seasonal range and will only be available at certain times of the year until sold out. Sorry for any disappointment caused.
