Morrisons, Asda and Aldi have slashed the price of vegetables to help families feast over the Easter weekend.
Across the handful of major UK supermarkets, shoppers will be able to get their hands on bags of carrots, potatoes, broccoli and parsnips at just 8p.
It’s thought the move could help many households this bank holiday, following the rise of energy bills and council tax rates at the beginning of April.
So if you’re hosting family and friends for Easter or fancy cooking a roast dinner without causing too much damage to your bank account, here is where you can get some of the cheapest vegetables this weekend.
