Netflix viewers are raving over a "powerful" and "gripping" new mini-series starring actors like Steven Graham.
Adolescence follows the harrowing story of 13-year-old British schoolboy Jamie Miller who is arrested for the murder of a female classmate.
Discussing the programme, show creator Stephen Graham said: “The idea came as – over the past 10 years or so – we’ve seen an epidemic of knife crime amongst young lads, up and down the country.
"And for me, there were certain instances that really stuck out where young boys – and they are young boys, you know, they're not men – were killing young girls."

He told the RadioTimes that when these cases are on the news, he and director Philip Barantini often jump to "blaming the family" but that they wanted to challenge this assumption.
