The ITV soap Coronation Street star, Shelley King, has teased fans that she may return.
King played Yasmeen Nazir, the owner of Speed Daal since 2014, but in January 2025, it was announced she would be leaving the soap.
In her final scenes, which aired earlier this week, Yasmeen departed Weatherfield to pursue a new job in London.
However, in a recent post to the official Coronation Street Instagram page, King shared that she wouldn't let fans of the soap say goodbye to Nazir forever just yet.
Hinting to fans that there could be a chance for her to return to the cobbled streets.

"And I’m so privileged to be living in number six.
"I’ve had the most wonderful time.
"I’m very, very sad to be leaving.
"I just felt I’d have to try going back to the stage maybe, try to refresh Yasmeen.
