A Coronation Street legend is to quit the beloved ITV soap opera after 11 years on our screens.
This comes as a number of well-liked characters prepare to exit the show in the coming weeks and months.
Shelley King (who plays Yasmeen Nazir) will leave the programme in yet-to-be-aired scenes after making her debut in 2014.

The Pakistani restaurant was founded by her grandson Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) in 2018 and has been a popular staple in Weatherfield ever since.
In later scenes on the ITV show, Yasmeen and Alya will share an emotional farewell with one another before the former departs for good.
Back in January, The Sun newspaper revealed that Shelley would be leaving the role of Yasmeen after 11 years.
The title added that the 69-year-old's final scenes had already been shot, meaning her departure was imminent.

A TV insider said: "This will be another blow for fans of the show, as Yasmeen is a much-loved character who's part of the fabric of Corrie.
"She's had some huge storylines since she joined the soap in 2014, and she'll be sorely missed by cast and crew.
"It’s understood she is leaving so she can explore other projects."
Coronation Street is available to watch and stream on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
