Viewers of BBC Call the Midwife are being told to expect to be 'in tears' with the series emotional finale.
Call the Midwife began airing in 2012 and was originally based on Jennifer Worth's books and her work as a midwife in the East End of London in the 1950s.
Now, airing its 14th series and in the 1970s, the midwives of Nonnatus House are still busy helping expecting mothers and caring for the community.
Six episodes of the 14th series have aired so far, and fans are anticipating the final in just a few short weeks.
