The nation's favourite declutter show, Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon is back this week.

The BBC show is returning for its fifth series as Stacey and her team of experts help families across the UK sort their lives out.

The series first began in 2021 - families empty out their entire homes and display every item in a giant warehouse to help them declutter.

While families are busy decluttering, Stacey's team of experts work hard to give the homes a new look and make them more organised.

It takes place over just one week, and at the end of the week, families get to see their transformed and decluttered homes.
