As we are well into the swing of The Traitors series three, many contestants have already been banished or “murdered”.

In fact, out of the original 25 hoping to take home the grand prize of up to £120,000, three didn’t even make it into the iconic castle.

In the first episode at the beginning of January, Birmingham-based community development manager Fozia, Londoner and former British diplomat Alexander and Yorkshire market trader and landscaper Jack, chose to disembark the train en route to the Scottish landmark, after being told it would affect their prize pot if contestants did not decide to leave.

But as the BBC show hosted by Claudia Winkleman continues and the Faithfuls hope to banish all Traitors before time is up, who has left so far? Let’s take a look.

Who has left The Traitors series 3 so far?

  • Jack - decided to leave the train in episode one
  • Yin (Faithful) – 'murdered' in episode one
  • Nathan (Faithful) – banished in episode two
  • Keith (Faithful) – 'murdered' in episode two
  • Elen (Faithful) – banished in episode two
  • Armani (Traitor) - banished in episode three
  • Maia (Faithful) - 'murdered' - in episode four
  • Kas (Faithful) - banished in episode four
  • Tyler (Faithful) - banished in episode five
  • Livi (Faithful) - 'murdered' in episode six
  • Dan (Faithful) - banished in episode six

Alexander and Fozia were brought back in episode four after originally leaving in episode one.

First Traitor banished from The Traitors

Armani became the first Traitor to be banished from the castle after her sister Maia aroused suspicions over her.

During the roundtable on January 3, Maia told the other contestants she “did think she was a Traitor” and told them she was “60%” certain, but ended up voting for Freddie, whom she also suspected.

Armani, 27, tried to defend herself, saying that although “statistics would make it more likely” she was “not a Traitor, so either she is or we’re both Faithful”, but still received the most votes.

With tears in her eyes after her sister was voted off, Maia, 25, said: “Even though she’s a Traitor, that’s still my sister, she is everything to me, so it felt so weird for me to betray her.”

Leaving the castle with nine votes, Armani shared: “I have had the best time, I would not have chosen to be any different because it’s genuinely just who I am. Genuinely so grateful for the time, you guys are all amazing, I love you all, I am a traitor.”

Her announcement prompted cheers from the rest of the group.

The Traitors airs on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One and iPlayer at 9pm.
