Walkers has released a new limited edition flavour to its's core range of crisps.
Along with its core range, Walkers is responsible for products including Wotsits, Quavers, Monster Munch, Squares and Bugles, as well as various ranges like Max and Sensations.
The crisp giant released several new products last year (2024) including:
- Two new flavours to its Sensations range - Mature Cheddar & Chilli Chutney and Crushed Sea Salt & Black Peppercorn
- A new range of Wotsits and Monster Munch crisps, made with chickpeas
- A sandwich-inspired crisp range in collaboration with Heinz
- Smokin’ BBQ Sauce flavoured crisps (part of it's core range)
Discontinued UK sweets and chocolates
An Extra Flamin’ Hot brand was also launched by PepsiCo (owners of Walkers) in March last year.
New variations of Walkers Max and Crunchy as well as Doritos (also part of the PepsiCo brand) were released in 2024 with the new flavour.
Walkers introduces Extra Flamin’ Hot flavour crisps to core range
Now Walkers has launched Extra Flamin’ Hot flavoured crisps as part of it's core range for a limited time.
The new Walkers crisps are on sale now at supermarkets across the UK - including Tesco and Sainsbury's, but you'll have to be quick as they will only be available for eight weeks.
PepsiCo senior marketing manager Rob Pothier, speaking to The Grocer, said: "[There is] no better time to pair Britain’s most loved crisps with our incredibly popular Extra Flamin’ Hot flavour portfolio, which has sold over 13.9 million packs since launch.

"As the first spicy Walkers Core offering, expanding our Extra Flamin’ Hot range with a limited-edition Walkers SKU will generate excitement and drive trial of the range."
This new limited edition flavour will join Walkers' core range of crisps which already features the likes of Cheese & Onion, Ready Salted and Salt & Vinegar.
