Tension on BBC’s The Traitors has been growing among players after one star angrily announced she’s ‘not having it’.

Marking its third series, the intense reality TV gameshow began airing on New Year’s Day and is already being marked as offering one of the best casts ever.

Described as a test of deception, The Traitors sees players must work together to eliminate traitors in the hopes that only the faithful will win the prize pot.

But if a traitor wins, they get all the cash, and the remaining faithful are left with nothing at the end of the show.

One by one, contestants are either banished by their fellow players in a round table discussion or they are ‘murdered’ by the secret traitors.

As a key part of the BBC show, the Traitors must work together to win, however, in the latest episode, one traitor was left furious following a comment made by their fellow traitor.

Minah left furious after Armani comment on The Traitors

At the end of episode two, the three Traitors had taken to the dark of the night to meet and discuss the day, unable to murder after the player's success in the day’s task.

Not able to talk about murder, Financial Investigator Armani focused attention on how good of a job the traitors have been doing.

Sharing: “I’m just thinking about our game strategies now. I think I’ve been very vocal because I’m a “true Faithful.”

But criticising her fellow traitors, Armani added: “I do feel you both could be a little bit more assertive.”

The comment was met with shocked faces by Minah and third traitor Linda, as Armani explained: “People are looking for people to follow, cos no-one’s got a clue.

“Maybe there just needs to be a few little bit more… not necessarily even names, but just a few more theories that people think, “Yeah, they’re about it.”

Armani’s comments were not taken lightly by Minah as she said: “Armani has kindly given me and Linda some advice, feedback, whatever you want to call it.

“She says we’re not doing enough. I was like, “Wow.” I’m not taking her feedback. I think she’s doing too much.”

Ending the conversation, Armani said that she thinks she won’t have any problems for a while, however, some players have already suggested they think she’s a traitor.
