Star of ITV's Coronation Street, Sue Devaney, is reportedly "furious" amid rumours her character will be 'killed off' in 2025.
The actor plays the role of Debbie Webster and has appeared in the soap since 2019, but is expected to be leaving as part of a dementia storyline.
However, according to reports, Devaney had no intention of leaving Coronation Street and was blindsided by the storyline and "couldn't believe it".
Does anyone actually know what day / date is it right now? No? Us either!

Coronation Street star 'furious' by storyline
Discussing Devaney's reported exit from the ITV soap, a source told The Sun: "Sue was very shocked when she discovered she was being killed off."
Adding: "She was initially very sad and then furious and then upset again. It’s taken her a long time to come to terms with it."
Although reports suggest that the actor was at first angry with her Coronation Street exit, an insider has since told The Independent that she hopes the storyline will bring awareness to dementia.
Sharing: "Sue is a total professional and is already putting her all into what she sees as a hugely important long-running storyline.
"She saw the positive impact of the MND storyline and hopes that her dementia story can have the same effect and raise awareness of the condition."
