A DECISION taken by planning chiefs in the New Forest is being challenged.
An appeal has been lodged after a proposal to build two bungalows at Uplands Avenue, Barton on Sea, was turned down by the district council.
Now a government-appointed planning inspector will decide of the council's decision should be overturned.
