New Forest District Council
A PLANNING battle in a Hampshire village has ended in defeat for the applicant.
Christopher Trussler, of CPT Resources Ltd, lodged an appeal after New Forest District Council rejected his application to replace a three-bedroom bungalow at Walkers Lane South, Blackfield, with a two-bedroom property.
But a government-appointed planning inspector has upheld the council's decision.
