PLANS are being put together to mark the achievements of Hamble cycle sensation Dani King, left.
Parish councillors are meeting on Monday to decide on a fitting celebration for the gold medallist while Eastleigh Borough Council leader Keith House says Dani’s success would be marked “in a special way”.
He is due to hold talks with the young star’s parents Trevor and Lynn once the dust has settled on the Olympics .
Dani and her teammates Joanna Rowsell and Laura Trott demolished their American competition in the final on Saturday evening, and smashed the world record for the sixth successive time.
