Last year Southampton was featured on Location, Location, Location – as couple Antoinette and Matt looked to find the perfect future-proofed home.
The couple viewed three properties and were especially taken with a three-bedroom house in Regents Park, that was for sale with a guide price of £400,000.
The pair put in an offer of £400,000 while enjoying a coffee at Kuti’s in Southampton, with Kirstie shortly receiving a phone call to say the offer was accepted.
