A one-day road closure is planned for tree pruning in the New Forest.
A section of Alderholt Road (Harbridge Drove), between Kent Lane and Hamer Warren Quarry, will be closed on July 23.
Work will be carried out between 9am and 3.30pm.
The closure is to allow Ground Control to safely carry out tree pruning.
Although the official order allows for a closure of up to six months, the work is expected to be completed in one day.
An alternative route will be in place via Verwood Road, A31, Station Road, B3078, Castle Street, Hare Lane, Cranborne Road, Daggons Road, Station Road, Hillbury Road, and Harbridge Drove.
