A care company is celebrating after winning a five-star rating.

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey, which provides care to people in their own homes, first achieved the five-star 'outstanding' Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating in 2018, when it became the first home care company in England to earn the regulator's highest accolade.

The company continued this success at its next inspection in 2021, and now in 2025 it has made history yet again by securing a third consecutive five-star 'outstanding' rating - a feat unmatched by any of the other 12,000 home care providers in the country.
