Firefighters rushed to a bog in the New Forest to rescue a horse which had sunk into the ground.
In the forest village of Emery Down, horse Tyse and his owner had been riding along an unfamiliar route when they began to sink into what appeared to be a normal patch of grass at around 4pm on June 16.
Hampshire firefighters from Redbridge headed to the scene, being supported by specialist animal rescue teams from Lyndhurst and Winchester.

Under the guidance of a local vet, crews had to use a "barrel technique", also known as a fireman's carry, to free the 16-hand horse from the bog.
They employed specialist straps and a head harness, and then safely rolled Tyse over under control.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) left the scene and returned to the station shortly after 7pm.
