Three men from Hampshire have been charged for night poaching.
The incident occurred in a field near Cholderton, Amesbury, on January 29, when police were alerted to a group of men, described as wearing camouflage and accompanied by dogs.
They were seen and reported to police.
The people charged under the Night Poaching Act 1828 include three Hampshire men: Sean McWhinnie, 44, from Lizard Close, Southampton, along with William Goddard, 41, and Billy Goddard, 21, both from Norbury Gardens, Hamble.
Jesse Dennard, 26, from Darenth Wood Road, Darenth and Riley Dennard, 18, from Billet Hill, Ash were also charged.
The cases will be heard at Salisbury Magistrates' Court, with McWhinnie and the two Dennards are due to appear on July 23.
William and Billy Goddard are set to appear on August 8.
