McFly delivered a hit-packed performance at the Southampton Summer Sessions.
The band, marking 20 years of success, entertained a sold-out crowd with a mix of classic and new hits, from breakout anthems such as All About You to newer tracks from Power to Play.
The band performed with their usual flair and constant energy, closing their set with a mash-up of Five Colours in Her Hair and Metallica’s Master of Puppets.
The event, sponsored by TK Maxx, took place at Guildhall Square on June 22, and also featured performances by Twin Atlantic and Devon.
Fans queued around the block to get the best spot to see Mcfly (Image: Alex Shute) Alt-pop artist Devon kicked off the evening, followed by Twin Atlantic, who energised the crowd with their popular track Heart and Soul.
The summer sessions, which continue throughout June, have lined up a series of headliners including The Human League on June 26, Ocean Colour Scene on June 27, Train on June 28, and Simple Minds on June 29.
The events have been drawing in music lovers from all over, offering a mix of genres and styles.
