Dobbies' Cadnam store is offering two free July workshops for families and gardening enthusiasts.
The store will host Grow How workshops on July 2 and 5.
These will provide practical advice on keeping gardens pest-free, focusing on slugs, wasps, flies, ants, and rats.
Plant buyer, Nigel Lawton, said: "Slugs and pests affect nearly every garden, yet there are many simple tips we can follow to help control the problem and prevent them from damaging our gardens."
Additionally, The Little Seedlings Club is set for July 6, focusing on the "wonders of the rainforest."
Children will learn about its importance, layers, and inhabitants, before engaging in games and creating paper rainforest frogs.
Dobbies’ events programme manager, Ayesha Nickson, said: "The Wonderful Rainforests Little Seedlings Club will be an excellent chance for children to learn some meaningful knowledge on the environment while having fun."
Advanced booking is recommended for these educational, fun sessions.
