Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd (CMPUK) has presented a cheque of nearly £3,000 to Southampton Hospitals Charity.
The money will be used to support the Piam Brown Ward at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
CMPUK has raised £2,797 through various events, including quiz nights, raffles, a golf tournament, a 10k run, and a Halloween party.
Jude Castell, charity lead for CMPUK, said: "The six-strong charity team are supported by the employees at the Wimborne facility, who vote for their nominated charity every two years."
Neil Jarrett, corporate fundraising officer for the Southampton Hospitals Charity, explained the importance of the money raised.
"For children going through treatment, it can be a stressful time.
"Needles add to this stress and can be very scary.
"A vein finder, that costs £3,000, makes the procedure quick and accurate, making it a much less stressful and frightening experience."
CMPUK is planning more events and will continue its fundraising efforts.
