The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

MATTHEW WORBY, 40, of Badger Close, Bishopstoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaching a sexual harm prevention order after he deleted Whatsapp messages from his mobile phone on March 18, and a charge of failing to notify with notification requirements after he did not register usernames he made on Camsea, Bumble, Tinder, Nymph, Feeld, Badoo, and Meety on March 18. He will appear before Southampton Crown Court on July 7 to be sentenced.

KELLY DIGNAM, 35, of Southampton Street, Southampton, admitted a charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place in London Road, Southampton, and a charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, both on April 17. She is subject to an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £50 compensation.

CALLUM REED, 33, of Clanfield Road, Harefield, pleaded guilty to a charge of using a mobile phone while driving a Ford on the M27 near Chilworth on May 6, 2023. He was ordered to pay a £133 fine and given six points on his licence, He must pay prosecution costs of £130 and a £53 surcharge. He was not banned from driving as he has children in Dorset who are too young “to expect them to travel via public transport”.

FARAI ZENGENI, 25, of Brook Road, Southampton, admitted a charge of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and a charge of driving without insurance, on West End Road, on October 9, 2023. He was banned from driving for six months and must pay a fine of £660. He must also pay costs of £130 and a £264 surcharge.

VICTOR SINDILARIU, 35, of Wateridge Road, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault by beating after he assaulted a woman in Southampton on November 19, 2023. He was handed a year-long community order and must complete up to 12 rehabilitation activity requirements days. He must pay a £500 fine, prosecution costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
