Fareham's most and least expensive streets have been revealed as part of a new data analysis.
Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Fareham postcodes.
A top 10 for the most expensive streets and a top 10 for the cheapest streets over the past five years have been created as a result.
Property Solvers' co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Titchfield Road (PO14) sold for £1,350,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £65,000 and under on Homefayre House (PO16), Homefayre House (PO16) and Homefayre House (PO16)."
