A yoga studio is set to come near Southampton's high street after plans to refit a former skin care shop were approved.
New Energy Yoga Ltd applied to convert 9 Castle Way into a studio in April, and the application has now been given the green light, as of Tuesday.
The studio will take the place of a beauty salon called Skin, but before that the building was used as a deli and a computer retailer.

New Energy's yoga studio will be positioned directly underneath The Gym and next door to an escape room.
No changes will be made to alter the boundary or external structure of the building, the application form said, nor the doorways, drainage or access points.
Construction will be limited to inside of the studio, which the planning permission form described as "entirely an internal shop fit-out".
"The works that we propose to carry out simply comprise of a fit-out and internal reconfiguration for use as a Yoga studio," the application form said.
