A Southampton man has been charged with supplying cocaine and criminal property, as part of a police investigation into a drug network.
Officers carried out a warrant in Bitterne yesterday morning (Monday, June 16) at an address in Barry Road, as part of an ongoing investigation into drug supply in the Thornhill, Bitterne and Sholing areas.
Two people were arrested at the scene, with officers locating and seizing a “large quantity of money and class A drugs,” a spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary confirmed.

Following further enquiries, officers have now charged a man, who is appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court this morning.
Clayton James Bunney-Grey, 19, of Sullivan Road, Southampton, has been charged with supplying cocaine and possessing criminal property.
The second person arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug, a 19-year-old woman from Southampton, has been released on bail, while police enquiries continue.
