A thief whose “out of control” dog injured a man returned to court.
Kelly Loader appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 11.
The 46-year-old was in the dock for an incident involving a dog and theft.
The court heard that Loader was in charge of a suspected XL Bully breed dog when it was “dangerously out of control” on March 8.
The incident in Cleasby Close, Southampton, left Michael Davies injured.
The extent of his injuries was not stated.

Appearing before the court last week, Loader, of Cleasby Close, Southampton, admitted a charge of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
She also pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by finding after she, jointly with Steven Loader, stole a handbag belonging to a woman on June 6, 2024.
The incident happened in Southampton.
She was handed a 15-month community order and must undertake 12 days of mental health treatment.
She must also complete up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement days.
