A regional law firm which has recently expanded into Southampton has been named 'Property Legal Team of the Year.'

Steele Raymond won the accolade at the 2025 South Coast Property Awards, organised by The Business Magazine.

The award acknowledged Steele Raymond's specialist expertise and commitment to clients, having acted on more than 1,200 property transactions in 2024 alone.

Judges commended the firm’s "industry knowledge, growth and the deals they’ve been involved with."

The awards event, now in its ninth year, was held on June 12 at the Hilton Utilita Bowl, bringing together industry leaders from across the commercial property sector.
