The manager of a sunbed shop in Millbrook has been left horrified and bewildered after CCTV caught a person defecating on the shutter outside.
Sofia Clarke, who runs Sunbed Rooms on Kendal Avenue, said that she had raised the shutter in the morning on Thursday and saw human faeces dropping down onto the floor.
"I come in a bit earlier than the other girls working in here so I can check over everything before the girls come in for their shifts," she said.
"I've seen poo dripping down the shutter and we assumed it was a dog that was backed up right against it."

Sofia explained that the owner of the sunbed salon has made an effort to put flowers out the front of the shop, but there has been anti-social behaviour before that has seen displays be destroyed.
"We've always made an effort to have a word with people when there's anti-social behaviour, so we thought we'd so the same with whoever let their dog poo there," she explained.
"It's always the same faces we see.
"We looked at the cameras, expecting to see a dog, and then we’ve seen a man who’s come over and pooed. He didn’t even wipe, he just pulled his trousers, walked over to the bus stop, got on the bus and went off."

Sofia said that the incident will be reported to the police today and that they believe they have identified the person who left the unwanted mess outside of the shop.
"We've heard that there's a serial pooer that goes into other shops, goes into the corner and pooes," she said.
"We don't know if it's the same person, we don't know if it's facts, but apparently somebody goes around different shops and lets a bit of poop fall out of their trouser leg."
Sunbed Rooms is open seven days a week, from 9am to 9pm on week days and Saturdays, and between 10am and 8pm on Sunday.
