A company has announced its plans to expand across Southampton.

Octavian Group, a company that works in technology, security, health, and education, has revealed that Manj Ranu has returned to the business.

Manj, an alumnus of Richard Taunton College, has taken on the role of senior project manager.

He has a specific focus on SaaS developments and the strategic expansion of the company's presence across the south coast.

This follows a successful tenure as interim managing director.

Manj's return is intended to strengthen the company's footing in Southampton, alongside founder and CEO, Sukhi Ghuman.

Sukhi said: "Bringing Manj back into the fold is more than a hire - it’s a homecoming.

"His strategic insight, technical skill set, and understanding of our group vision make him the perfect catalyst for our next phase of growth across the south coast."

Sanjay Patel, a senior member of the Octavian leadership team, said: "Manj’s return brings an injection of energy and clarity to the group.

"He understands the culture, the ambition and most importantly, the potential we have in Southampton and along the south coast."

The company is also proud to have ex-England footballer Emile Heskey on its board, helping drive global awareness and strategic development.
