The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
RIKKI CHADWICK, 36, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage after damaging a motorbike belonging to a man, and a charge of assault by beating against the same man, both in Southampton on February 1. He will return to the same court on June 16.
DANIEL JENDRUSZCZAK, 32, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, admitted a charge of drink driving after he was caught in the M3 at Winchester with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on April 22. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving for a year and two months and must pay a £500 fine. He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £200 surcharge.

ELLIOTT CAHILL, 34, of Milton Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to four charges of theft between April 22 and May 4 after he stole three board games worth £367.87, six board games worth £239.94, and four board games worth £227.96, all from Waterstones, and 11 figurines worth £284.49 from HMV, all in Southampton. He was told to return to the same court on June 11.
ALLAN MCGINTY, 67, of no fixed abode, admitted two charges of failing to comply with notification requirements under the sex offenders register, in Winchester in April and June this year. He was remanded in custody and told to appear at the same court on June 11.
KANE CAMPBELL, 24, of Outer Circle, Southampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of drug driving on January 16 while on the M3 near Eastleigh, with Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - a cannabinoid - found in his blood. He was banned from driving for a year and slapped with a £500 fine. He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £200 surcharge by July 8.
