The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
AGATA FOREMNIAK, 30, of Tenby Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to committing fraud by submitting fraudulent timesheets in bid to obtain £5,834.45. Remanded on unconditional bail until July 30 2025.
MATEUSZ KANIA, 39, of Captains Place, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knuckleduster. Given a one-year community order, during which he must complete 80 hours of unpaid work and eight rehabilitation activity requirement days, as well as pay £85 in costs and £114 victim services surcharge.
JOE HILL, 41, of Devon Close, Chandler's Ford, pleaded guilty to stalking between December 25 2024 and February 9 2025. The court hearing he turned up unwanted at a woman's home address, sent photographs of her street, and "constantly" messaged and contacted her by text, Snapchat and TikTok. He was handed a 14-week prison sentence, suspended for two years. During this time, he must complete 10 rehabilitation activity days and a restraining order was put in place for two years. He was also told to pay £150 costs.

JAMES BARTLETT, 41, of Gort Crescent, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Focus at Bursledon Road, Southampton, on November 10 2024. Also pleaded guilty to driving without an MOT, driving without a licence, and driving with no insurance. He was remanded on unconditional bail until September 4 2025, and given an interim driving disqualification.
MATTHEW GUERIN-ASHFORD, 34, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing various items together valued at £78.94 from B and M Bargains in Southampton and three counts of attempting to steal items from the same retailer. Fined a total of £480 and told to pay at £78.94 compensation. He was also told to pay £85 in court costs.
ADAM BROWN, 21, of Emsworth Road, Lymington, pleaded guilty to possessing knife in a public place at Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 21 2024. He was remanded on unconditional bail until July 31 2025.
DAVID MCINTOSH, 60, of Polygon, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with community order by not attending appointments. He was fined £75.
