A planning application to build two three-bedroom houses has been resubmitted.
The proposal is for the land behind 1 Lime Kiln Lane, Holbury.
The application was previously refused over concerns about the design and layout not fitting the area's character and the impact on nearby properties.
Issues with narrow access, noise, and disturbance were also cited.

The new application aims to address these concerns by ensuring the houses match the design of nearby properties and are set back to give more space.
The houses will be built with red brick and dark timber cladding, with gabled roofs of artificial slate.
The site will remain screened from Lime Kiln Lane by existing features, with additional tree planting planned to enhance the appearance of the development.
